How does the online consultation work?
You can book an online consultation via our online booking system. Choose your personalized consultation time from the “Online Consultations” section:

Online consultations are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. Please attend the consultation without makeup so we can assess the true condition of your skin and provide the best possible advice. A link to the consultation will be sent to you by email on the day of the appointment.
Shipping costs for orders made through the online consultation:
After your consultation, you can purchase the recommended at-home skincare products directly from our online store or clinics. Shipping fees for online orders are free for purchases over €200. For orders below this amount, a €10 shipping fee will apply. To access the online store, you will need a password, which will be provided during the consultation
