We recommend eating before the treatment and arriving without makeup. Due to the increased risk of bruising and bleeding, we do not recommend anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., Ibuprofen) for three days before the treatment, or natural supplements (e.g., Omega-3, Vitamin E) one week before the treatment. If you need pain relief, we suggest using paracetamol. We will send you an electronic health questionnaire before your appointment, please fill it out before arriving for your treatment.

The treatment includes a consultation, skin cleansing, the procedure itself, aftercare cream, aftercare instructions, and a relaxing, rejuvenating experience at Klinik Linnea.

The treatment takes about 30 minutes, depending on the treated area.

There is no pain or only mild discomfort. We can apply numbing cream to the treatment area if necessary. Keeping the treatment area cool during the procedure also helps alleviate sensations.

For some clients, normal side effects at the injection sites include swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising. These reactions usually subside within a few days, so it’s advisable to plan for this when scheduling your treatment. You may notice papules at the injection sites until the product dissolves into the skin. These bumps may be visible and feel present for a few days at most.

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided during your treatment. On the day of the treatment, avoid touching the treated area and ensure enhanced hygiene for the treatment area. Do not apply cosmetics to the treated area during the first 24 hours due to infection risk. In the following 24 hours, avoid intense physical activity, sauna use, sweating, and direct UV exposure. We also recommend avoiding other facial treatments, facial massage, and oral and facial area procedures for 2 weeks after treatment. Klinik Linnea recommends using SPF50 sunscreen year-round.
