What is the treatment?

LED light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses clinically proven light energy to promote the skin’s natural renewal and repair processes—without pain or recovery time. At Klinik Linnea, we use the Dermalux Flex MD LED device and Lightstim Elipsa (used with Hydrafacial treatments). The Dermalux Flex MD has a medical CE certificate for treating acne, wound healing, psoriasis, and pain (muscles, joints). Lightstim Elipsa is FDA-approved for reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

We use three different wavelengths in LED treatments:

• Dermalux BLUE 415mm: Blue light targets and destroys bacteria that cause breakouts and impurities while brightening the skin without causing irritation. It also has a calming effect on problem skin.
• Dermalux RED 633mm: Red light restores the skin’s youthful appearance by boosting cellular metabolism and accelerating skin renewal. It stimulates collagen and elastin production while moisturizing the skin, giving it a healthy glow.
• Dermalux NIR (Near Infrared) 830mm: The rejuvenating NIR light helps renew the skin, soothes irritated or reddened areas, and lightens skin pigmentation changes.

What results can be achieved with this treatment?

The treatment combines clinically researched blue, red, and NIR light wavelengths, which promote collagen production, hydrate the skin, calm irritation, and destroy bacteria that cause impurities. Since light triggers a series of skin-healing processes, the benefits of the treatment continue even after the session ends.

LED light therapy is effective from the very first session, restoring vitality to the skin and imparting a healthy glow. For the best results, a series of treatments is recommended, which will provide long-lasting, visible improvements to both facial and body skin.
