AlumierMD offers superficial and medium-depth peels that can safely and effectively treat all Fitzpatrick skin types. The treatment protocols are built around two chemical peels, chosen by the skincare professional to best suit your skin’s needs:

Radiant 20/10 is a resurfacing, effective combination of AHA and BHA acids. It contains 20% lactic acid and 10% salicylic acid, making it ideal for oily and acne-prone skin. It minimizes pores, reduces signs of inflammation, and provides anti-aging benefits.
Radiant 30 is a gentle and versatile peel with 30% lactic acid that renews the skin surface, addresses visible signs of aging, and evens out skin tone. It is excellent for sensitive, dry, and redness-prone skin and is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Treatments cannot be performed if there is an active herpes simplex, open wound, skin injury, skin cancer (ongoing treatments), warts, bacterial or fungal infections, actinic keratosis, hemophilia, scleroderma, or if you are using photosensitizing medications such as isotretinoin. The treatment does not require special downtime. Temporary side effects, such as mild redness, may occur immediately after the treatment and typically subside within a few hours. More intensive treatments might cause minor dryness or a feeling of tightness, resolving within a few days.

For optimal results, we recommend a series of 3–6 treatments at intervals of 2–3 weeks for skin conditions. Maintenance treatments can be done monthly or as needed.
