What is the treatment?

Microneedling (CIT, Collagen Induction Therapy) stimulates collagen production, a process known as neocollagenesis. The treatment is based on controlled skin injury, which activates fibroblasts to produce new collagen. As a result, the skin becomes firmer and its texture smoother. Dermapen4 and SkinPen are leading microneedling devices on the market that create microscopic channels in the skin and initiate the skin’s natural renewal process. This effective treatment increases the production of collagen and elastin, making the skin look healthier, firmer, and more youthful.

What results can be achieved with the treatment?

Microneedling effectively improves skin quality, reduces wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and other scars, and lightens pigmentation. Are there any restrictions for the treatment?

The treatment is not recommended for pregnant women. Treatments for under-18s with parental consent. Underlying diseases must be in a balanced state. The treatment cannot be performed if there is an active herpes simplex, open wound or skin injury, skin cancer (treatments ongoing), wart, bacterial or fungal infection, solar keratosis, hemophilia, scleroderma or if you are using photosensitizing medications such as isotretinoin. Recovery time

After the treatment, you should always be prepared for redness, mild tingling, and heat in the skin. Symptoms usually subside within the first day. In the days following the treatment, the skin may require more moisture than usual and may renew or flake. Most customers can return to their normal daily routines immediately after the treatment.

Maintaining results

Microneedling treatment is recommended to be performed as a series of treatments every four weeks. Remember to also take care of your skin with home care products that enhance the results of the treatment and help maintain them.
