What are your beauty routines like?

Beauty care has always been a big part of my overall well-being and I have always been interested in skin care. Clean and healthy skin is the key to everything.

What is your own beauty care motto? 

Feeling good starts from within. Beauty care is part of investing in yourself and taking care of yourself. Allow yourself that.

What do you think is most important in skin care?

Regularity. You also have to let the skin calm down and breathe.

How has your approach to skin care changed with age?

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started investing even more in regular skin care. Age does not come alone. I follow the instructions given by the professional and in addition to my own home routines, I visit Klinik Linnea regularly.
