I am Alina Bregman, a registered nurse and emergency medical technician with many years of experience in aesthetic medicine. I have furthered my expertise through numerous training programs in Finland and abroad. My areas of specialization include laser and other device-based treatments, as well as aesthetic botulinum toxin treatments.

My work combines strong technical expertise, an aesthetic eye, and a genuine connection with each client. My treatment philosophy is based on natural results and personalized planning. I aim to highlight each client’s unique beauty while respecting their features and wishes. In skincare, I prioritize supporting the skin’s well-being and health, as well as long-term planning aimed at achieving lasting results.

It’s important to me to be on the client’s side. I listen carefully to both their wishes and concerns and recommend treatments thoughtfully. I’m also open about it if I don’t think a particular treatment is suitable or necessary. Safety, realistic expectations, and trust are the foundation of my work.

At my practice, I strive to create a warm, gentle, and relaxed atmosphere. I want everyone to be able to come to me as their true selves, ask questions freely, and feel heard.

In my free time, I’m a mom to a little girl; I practice fencing and enjoy riding my motorcycle. I’m also a trained interior designer. My visual perception and eye for proportion and harmony also come into play in my aesthetic work as a nurse.

My strengths lie in laser and other device-based treatments, as well as aesthetic Botox treatments aimed at achieving natural-looking results.

I have been familiar with lasers from a technical perspective for many years and have completed technical training organized by the laser manufacturer DEKA. This gives me a deep understanding of the technology and operating principles of laser devices and supports their safe and appropriate use in clinical practice. I understand how the devices’ features and treatment settings affect the implementation of the treatment, and I apply this expertise when designing personalized treatment plans.

I always view the client as a whole. When planning treatment, I take into account their initial condition, skin needs, personal wishes, and long-term goals. I strive to create comprehensive treatment plans that support skin health and a natural, balanced outcome.
