I am Dr. Charlotta Gustafsson-Silén, Specialist in Plastic Surgery and Doctor of Medicine. I work primarily in the public sector, where I perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures. Alongside my public work, I also practice in the private sector.

I graduated as a Licentiate of Medicine from the University of Helsinki and earned my Doctor of Medicine degree with a dissertation on cleft surgery. In my profession, I particularly value precision, craftsmanship, and versatility — these are the cornerstones of high-quality plastic surgery.

In patient care, the most important values for me are expertise, trustworthiness, and honesty. I understand that each patient’s goals and wishes are unique, and I always approach treatment with respect for this individuality.

I am especially interested in facial surgery and the treatment of age-related changes. I particularly enjoy performing minor procedures — among my favorites are upper eyelid surgeries — as well as general surgical procedures such as scar revisions and skin lesion removals. In my work, I always aim for natural and harmonious results. In addition to surgery, I also perform injectable and device-based treatments.

I offer consultations in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
